Dr. Chen-Esterhammer consistently demonstrates professionalism, patience in explaining procedures and results, and proactively ensures that I have the opportunity to ask questions. On one occasion, when I required urgent eye care, Dr. Chen-Esterhammer kindly adjusted her schedule to accommodate me as quickly as possible. These qualities are significant and are the primary reasons I give Dr. Chen-Esterhammer the highest rate.
